Our beginnings
Graphxdesign.ca was born when chiropractor Dr. David J. Bell approached one of his patients to build a website for him. Dr.Bell had felt taken advantage of by larger Media companies that he had been dealing with and felt that he needed someone to explain things in plain English. Being the doctor in a very busy chiropractic office, Dr Bell needed to have a website built and have someone explain in plain English what he was buying, and why.
We have heard it time and again: you paid hundreds or even thousands of dollars, and are left unsatisfied with the end result, often wondering why you spent your hard earned money on the project in the first place. Nearly all of our clients have been found by word of mouth. Being a company of freelance developers, we are not looking to get you in and out the door, and on to the next client. Our philosophy is simple: Discover your needs, explain to you what is needed to achieve your goal, create a product or solution that exceeds your expectations, and have you stay with us because of our superior customer service.
